Overview

The MD Cybercentre @ Mid Valley City serves as the physical location and environment to stimulate and support the growth of ICT and ICT-enabled industries and in tandem, extend the benefits of ICT to the local community. In essence, the MD Cybercentre @ Mid Valley City is designated to house MD Status Companies within Mid Valley City.

Mid Valley City is envisioned to be an alternative city centre by 2010 within a self-contained environment offering world-class connectivity and seamless experiences to visitors and residents alike.

With an estimated gross development cost at over RM3.5 billion since 1995, Mid Valley City sits on a 50-acre site of mix development comprising 2 malls, 4 hotels, 7 office towers, 4 blocks of Boulevard Offices, and 1 residence tower. The City has 12,000 on-site daily population and draws a transient crowd of 28 mil visitors annually in 2006 alone.

Mid Valley City possesses several unique qualities and strengths in the following areas:

1. Strong leadership from the management who are well-supported by a team of experienced professionals.

2. Excellent infrastructure and infostructure networks:

  • Ready world-class data, telecommunication, electricity and water infrastructure;
  • Excellent road, railway and light transit connectivity, including KTM Komuter and LRT.
